  3. Agree a laboratory or controlled production trial.
  4. Record recipe and test conditions.
  5. Compare handle, shade, fastness, defects and cost-in-use.
  6. Approve only after results meet the buyer’s requirement.

Provide approved TDS and SDS on request. The website should not publish estimated technical values. Each downloadable file should show product name, revision date and company contact details.
